On the weekend me, my dad, mum and my brothers and sisters went shooting near Yuendumu. We broke down so we walked to the road. After a while we saw a kangaroo and shot it. Then we then we saw a perentie. My dad shot it but missed it. It ran off chasing me. I ran up the tree, but we got it. We got food to have a feed. It tasted nice especially when I had salt with it. Then we made it to the road and waited. It was hot and a long walk.
